Near the entrance to the property sits the owners log cabin home.  The largest accommodation here on our 30-acre farm and commonly referred to as a lodge, this 9000 sq Ft. log cabin home serves as our primary residence and, on rare occasions, offers a delightful guest room for groups of 1-4 seeking a stay of between 2-3 days.  Want to add more to your vacation? The space

The Guest Room @ Ocoee Riverside Farm is located on the second floor of the primary residence and resembles a master suite. It offers 2 king-sized beds and its own private full bath. The room also includes a loveseat, a glider w/ottoman, 3 nightstands, 2 chests, and 1 dresser. There is also some hanging room available in the closet for guests. One of the bedroom's 3 windows offers a window seat that looks out over the front of the property. A crib, as well as a bassinet, are also available. Guests will have shared access to the living area and kitchen of the home, both of which are located on the main floor. Additionally, guests will be provided their own shelving space in the home's second refrigerator.

Some special spaces on the farm, for the common enjoyment of all of our guests, include our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos, the children's log cabin playhouse, as well as our playground located across from the covered wagons.  Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids.

Guest access

Ocoee Riverside Farm is a 30-acre riverfront farm located in the small town of Benton, Tennessee. As our guest, you will come to realize that we really do offer a 'Stay Here, Play Here' environment on the farm! Our boat ramp, located at the end of the main driveway, offers easy access to the river should you decide to take a cool dip or splash around with the kids.  Other common space areas include a playground and playhouse for the kids, as well as our Riverfront and Swan Pond Gazebos!  Additionally, we also offer our guests a number of extra activities that we refer to as our farm "Encounters". These encounters include Farm Tours, Sloth Encounters, Kangaroo Encounters, Horseback Riding, Camel Rides, Pony Rides and more!  We STRONGLY encourage you to book your encounters early as spaces are limited and fill up quickly!

**PLEASE NOTE  … WE DO NOT RUN ANIMAL ENCOUNTERS ON SUNDAY.  ADDITIONALLY, WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE AVAILABILITY OF ENCOUNTERS DURING YOUR STAY.  FOR THIS REASON IT IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CHECK AVAILABILITY OF ENCOUNTERS PRIOR TO BOOKING YOUR LODGING AND THEN RESERVE YOUR ENCOUNTERS IMMEDIATELY FOLLOWING RECEIPT OF YOUR DISCOUNT CODE.  THIS CODE COMES TO YOU INSIDE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN  5-MINUTES OF BOOKING YOUR LODGING AND IS GOOD TOWARD MOST ENCOUNTERS.**

EV Charging

EV Charging is available at at cost of $20/single charge and $35 unlimited.  There may be occasions where more than one guest has paid for charging in which case the charger is shared but this has never been an issue for anyone.

Returning Guest Discounts

We offer a 10% “Returning Guest Discount” to guests returning to stay in the same accommodation on the farm as previously stayed in.   A 5% discount is offered to guests returning to the farm and staying in a different accommodation.  Guests MUST reach out to us for a discount code PRIOR to booking.  We cannot apply the discount after you have already booked.

Other things to note

Did you know that we can host your event or large family gathering?  Here on the farm we offer a total of 8 different Airbnb accomodations that sleep a total of 37 guests.  The nightly rate is reduced by 10% on all accommodations when simultaneously renting at least 3 accommodations (excluding The Glampsite) for a period of at least 3 consecutive nights, and reduced by 15% when renting out ALL lodging spaces for the same period.

CANCELLATION POLICY: All cancellation requests must be made via email.  Cancellations requested more than 30-days prior to check-in will be refunded at 95%.  Cancellations made less than 30-days prior to check-in but more than 14-days prior will be refunded at 50%.  No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14-days prior to the scheduled check-in.  For bookings made less than 30-days prior to check-in a 95% refund will still be offered for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking
